Hello, I’m Matt Eriks. I am a hands-on creative leader with over a decade of experience currently living in Seattle, WA.

I began my career as a Production Designer, creating small but effective social media graphics and streaming assets. Over time I have grown into a Creative Director, responsible for leading a team of designers and guiding large-scale creative campaigns in gaming and esports. I am constantly pushing my creative boundaries, taking on increasingly difficult challenges to broaden my skillset and flex my creative muscles.

My work features everything from building detailed design systems to sweeping marketing campaigns spanning multiple platforms and disciplines. I have directed some of the most successful and noteworthy campaigns in esports history. At my core I am a leader who can set clear creative direction and create the space for others to shine.
