Hello, I’m Matt Eriks. I am a hands-on creative leader with over a decade of experience currently living in Seattle, WA.

I began my career as a Production Designer, creating small but effective social media graphics and streaming assets. Over time I have grown into a Creative Director, responsible for leading a team of designers and guiding large-scale creative campaigns in gaming and esports. Throughout my career I have continued to push my creative boundaries and taken on increasingly difficult challenges, always rising to the occasion.

My work features everything from building detailed design systems to sweeping marketing campaigns spanning multiple platforms and disciplines. I have directed some of the most successful and noteworthy campaigns in esports history. At my core I am a leader who can set clear creative direction and create the space for others to shine.
